mN’O was created to help tourism companies define their marketing and sales strategy. Our clients came mainly from the French hospitality sector, tourism services, operators and ski resorts. They retained us to develop actions and tactics to expand the strategies we’d build for them.
In 2010, we started to working on destination marketing in France for Visit California and a new era started for mN’O. We pivoted from being solely specialists in inbound tourism to becoming a recognized organization acting for outbound tourism clients. We added PR and communications along with in-house digital & social expertise. Consequently many more destinations and international hotel chains joined our portfolio that we now serve with loyalty and efficiency.

Murielle Nouchy
I was born a child of tourism and I have traveled widely for different companies like Club Med and for SkiSet where I worked as Director of Sales and Marketing.
After spending 20 years in the tourism industry, I resumed my studies at École Centrale Paris. My goals were diverse, but basically I wanted to improve my expertise with innovative ideas and update myself on the latest marketing and online marketing concepts. In 2004, I create my own company by making my previous contacts my first clients. They were followed by many others … because all the skills of our team are diversified, eclectic and always based on this truth… our clients must be convinced that we are doing the best in their name and that they can really count on us.
My aim is mainly to ensure the satisfaction of our clients and the development of our team, to strengthen our partnerships and create a positive dynamic in the market for the benefit of our clients. Day after day, my team and I become more committed, more expert, better known and more respected. Our expertise is recognized when it comes to accelerating the reputation of those who engage us, in the industry, in the media sphere and with the general public. That’s really what I appreciate most.
